From a single sensor signal
to the finished product,
we design it all.
Circuit design, PCB, firmware, signal processing, and mass-production transfer. Instead of scattering the work across vendors, one team owns your hardware and software from end to end.
Nerdvana joins Nerd — someone who goes deep on one thing — with Nirvana, the stillness that comes when all the noise clears. It's the moment a messy signal finally resolves into something clean. That state of focus is what we named the company after.
Wherever embedded systems are needed.
Not confined to one field — wherever a signal travels, we have built for it.
Nerdvana started in 2015 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in 2018. We develop embedded hardware, firmware, and software on contract. From circuit design and PCB to firmware, application software, signal processing, and mass-production transfer, we handle the entire product-development chain within a single team.
We are a team with 20+ years of embedded systems experience. Engineering that deeply understands everything from analog signals to communication protocols is our foundation — not shallow, broad outsourcing, but development that knows why a signal behaves the way it does.
From audio & broadcast, medical & bio, automotive & mobility, industrial instrumentation, and motion & power to wireless, we have built 100+ distinct products. From precision research instruments to mass-produced goods, we do not shy away from difficulty or domain.
We also open-source the tools we build along the way. AI-assisted embedded development and debugging automation is an ongoing research theme for us.
The technology we work with.
From MCU selection to analog front-ends, wired and wireless communication, and application software — all handled in house.
How ideas become products.
We take partial engagements too, but our strength is uninterrupted development from design to mass production.
Circuit design & simulation
Analog/digital design with LTSpice verification to remove risk up front.
PCB design
Multi-layer, high-speed PCB in KiCad. Noise, EMI, and signal integrity in mind.
Signal processing
Sensor front-ends, filter design, high-speed sampling.
Firmware
Bare-metal and FreeRTOS. Comms stacks, bootloader, low-power design.
Embedded Linux & SW
Linux device software, GUIs, and server/app/DB integration.
Production & manufacturing
From prototype to production, with manufacturing support and hardware supply.
100+ products built to date.

We build the tools we need.
We open-source the tools we build in the field — proving how AI can assist embedded development and debugging with real tooling.
J-Link RTT MCP
An MCP server that lets AI tools like Claude Code read and debug STM32 · Cortex-M firmware directly over J-Link RTT — automating repetitive work from log inspection to variable tracing.
Embedded C++ Skillset
A set of rules and patterns so AI coding tools handle embedded C++ safely, including MISRA C:2025 compliance and deterministic memory-design guidance.
nlink Protocol
A lightweight protocol library for communication between dual-MCU platforms (ESP32 ↔ STM32), standardizing the split of GUI/IoT on ESP32 and high-speed control on STM32.
Have something you want to build?
Even at the idea stage. Leave an outline and any reference material (documents or archives) and we will review and get back to you.
